Valerie Anand (born 1937) is a British author of historical fiction, who also writes under the pen-name of Fiona Buckley.

She believes that Richard III is innocent of the deaths of The Princes in the Tower - a view presented in her novel 'Crown of Roses' - partly because the churchman John Alcock (bishop), sometime tutor of Edward V did not quarrel with him.
